1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ContentMinerAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ContentMinerAI for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our tool to spam, harass, or violate the terms of service of third-party platforms. Our integrations must be used within the limits and compliance rules of their respective platforms.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and No-Refund Policy

Certain features of ContentMinerAI require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via our authorized payment processors (e.g., Gumroad). By subscribing, you agree to their billing terms.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our service relies heavily on third-party APIs and intensive GPU processing resources which incur immediate costs to us upon your usage, all subscription payments are strictly non-refundable. We highly encourage all users to thoroughly test our tool using the Free Plan to ensure it meets their needs before upgrading to a paid subscription. Once a payment is processed, we cannot issue refunds, prorated or otherwise, for any reason (including lack of usage or accidental renewal).

The materials on ContentMinerAI are provided on an 'as is' basis. ContentMinerAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
